Paanijo Refund, Shipping & Order Policy

At Paanijo, every piece is crafted with precision and passion. We take pride in creating custom, handcrafted designs for clients around the world. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.
Order Policy
No Refunds / No Exchanges
All purchases from Paanijo are final sale. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items, including both custom-made and ready-to-wear designs.
No Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
No Alterations by Paanijo
Paanijo does not offer alteration services. However, we are happy to provide guidance if you wish to make adjustments locally after receiving your order.
Measurements Are Final
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted measurements are accurate and complete. Paanijo will not be held liable for any fit issues arising from incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the client.
Production & Delivery Timelines
Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks, depending on the the order.
While we strive to meet all timelines, certain factors may occasionally cause delays, including:
1. Political or global trade disruptions
2. Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
3. Delays from third-party couriers
4. National holidays or customs clearance
5. Unresponsive clients or missing information
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted due to such delays.
Shipping Fees & Duties
1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
2. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the local authorities in the destination country.
Pre-Dispatch Confirmation
Once an order has been shipped, no disputes will be entertained regarding the product’s style, color, fit, or design.
Made-to-Order Disclaimer
Each Paanijo creation is made to order by skilled artisans. Due to the handcrafted nature of our process:
1. Slight variations in color, embroidery, or design may occur.
2. These variations are not considered defects, but rather a hallmark of the authenticity and uniqueness of handmade garments.
